Other Views of God
Judaism and other Western views of God are not the only early views of God.
During the Axial age between 800 and 200 B.C. many of the religions of the world came into sharp focus. This is when Confucianism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and even European Rationalism began to take shape and become part of the dominant thinking within each part of the world.
Early Monotheism, which was really post paganism, would become fully clarified and accepted.
During this time humanity was changing. Cities began to emerge, and people were beginning to travel more and be exposed to other cultures and religions. The world as a whole began to view the possibility of a single God. Judaism was no longer in the minority in that opinion.
Early Man Began To Travel and See The World
And as travelers became exposed to other views, the concept of God evolved, and became more pervasive throughout the world. And that continues today.
Still these separate searches for God were not well known to each other. They evolved on their own, and cultures within each region adopted and expanded these beliefs on their own with little knowledge of each other.
